From the sitting room you enter the well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooker and hob and a French door to the pool terrace. In the left wing of the villa there are two twin bedrooms, each with French doors to a rear terrace and BBQ area. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a French door to the pool terrace. From the sitting room you enter the right wing where there is a study with parquet floor, guest toilet, and master double bedroom with dressing room and en suite bathroom with huge walk in shower unit. There is also a French door to the pool terrace. Casa Comprida has been newly decorated and tastefully furnished throughout. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a new 10m x 5m, one depth heatable swimming pool, with recently refurbished outside shower and terracing. There is an attractive shaded eating area, with BBQ and fridge adjacent. The property has ample space for 8 sun loungers and a large wooden table with chairs. The garden is well presented and completely fenced in. The property has a large driveway which can allow parking for up to 4 cars.
