Casa Mimosa is a delightful property situated just 5 minutes from Centeanes beach. This single storey villa offers a high standard of accommodation including wireless internet connection and new and modern furnishings.

Casa Mimosa is ideal for both summer and winter rentals as it boasts central heating for the winter months and pool heating. The pool terrace offers a canopied shade which can be opened on demand and is perfect for outdoor dining.

Convenient for clients wishing to be close to the beach, shops and restaurants as it is only 1km to the centre of Carvoeiro. Casa Mimosa is a charming villa where guests can relax and unwind.

NOTE: We have 2 neighbouring villas should you be traveling in large groups:- Casa Mouraria (7 bed villa) and Casa Alegria (5 bed villa)

Rates

BOOKING DEPOSIT... A 25% deposit is required on booking. The balance is required (plus returnable breakages and damages deposit £400) 10 weeks prior to guests' arrival
CHANGE OVER DAY... Normally Saturday but other days maybe considered
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE... Arrival after 15H00 and departure before 10H00.

POOL HEATING - Optional at £200 per week

EXTRA BED - Optional at £200 per week
