This property is a luxury 4 bedroom Villa  on Quinta do Salicos, 5 minutes drive from Carvoeiro, with its own 10m by 5m Gated Swimming pool, A car is essential, however there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. 

Casa Grande new property which is furnished to a high standard, with optional air conditioning throughout the main areas.  The property is completely fenced with electric gates and an alarm system.

On entering the property there is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, hobs, microwave, coffee machine, etc.  Doors from the kitchen allow access to the wrap around terrace with BBQ and also access to the dining room and main entrance areas.

A large open plan dining and lounge area has seating for 8+, there is a LCD TV with English channels and DVD player.  Patio doors lead to the terrace area.

The property has 4 bedrooms available to guests.  The first bedroom is a double with patio doors to the garden area, this bedroom has an en suite bathroom, separate shower, toilet, bidet and double basin.  The second bedroom is a large twin with en suite shower room, with walk in shower, double basin, bidet and toilet.    The third bedroom is a double bed with access via patio doors to the main terrace, with an en suite shower room with basin and toilet.  On the lower ground floor there is a twin/double with en suite shower, basin and toilet.

Stairs lead to the lower level and there are stairgates available, with sitting area and access to a shaded terrace and pool area.

Outside on the upper level is extremely large shaded terrace area with wraps around from the kitchen to the first bedroom.  There is a portable gas BBQ and a table and chairs with seating for 8.  Gated steps lead to the pool area and garden.  On the lower level is a another shaded terrace area, a 10m by 5m pool from roman steps, starting 1.00m, depth sloping to 1.90m.

BOOKING DEPOSIT... A 25% deposit is required on booking. The balance is required (plus returnable breakages and damages deposit £200) 10 weeks prior to guests' arrival
CHANGE OVER DAY... Normally Wednesday but other days maybe considered
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE... Arrival after 15H00 and departure before 10H00.
