Casa Tulipa is a modern 4 bedroom villa, with 8m by 4m swimming pool.  Located on the Monte Santos side of Boa Vista, Carvoeiro, the villa is ablout 20 minutes walk from Carvoeiro or 5 minutes drive.  It is in a great position to explore the Algarve

The property offers secure parking for at least two cars.  Entering the villa there is an open plan living/dining area, with TV, WiFi, DVD and seating for the family, patio doors lead to the pool terrace and BBQ area.  Off the dining area is a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer etc.  Also downstairs is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom both with en suite shower rooms, there are extra security gates on the patio doors of the bedrooms to stop the little ones escaping to the pool.

On the first floor is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with en suite shower room.  Patio doors leas to a sun terrace.

Sesmarias is an area about 10-15 minutes walk and 10 minutes drive to the east of Ferragudo.  There are a couple of restaurants, cafe/bars and a mini mart.  The golf courses of Gramacho and Pinta are just a couple of minutes drive.

Nearby to the villa and just a few minutes drive is Carvoeiro tennis club.  Also within 10 minutes drive is Slide and Splash water park and the amenties and supermarkets at Lagoa.

Rates

BOOKING DEPOSIT... A 25% deposit is required on booking. The balance is required (plus returnable breakages and damages deposit £200) 10 weeks prior to guests' arrival
CHANGE OVER DAY... Normally Saturday but other days maybe considered
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE... Arrival after 14H00 and departure before 10H00.

OPTIONS

BABY ACCESSORIES... These are optional, Cot - £15 per week and High Chair - £10 per week
